Membership suspended : I think this is a bug

Today when i try to log in my account I saw a message that, This account has been suspended. I get shocked and astonished with this message.Then i knocked moderator shajjad nil for knowing what was the problem.He sent a message to admin and admin said that, I create multiple account.I again shocked with this news. I like this site very much.Because this site is my first PTC site who paid me. I confirmed admin that, i never create multiple account. My referral was collected from mylot, ptctalk and ems.Just few days ago i upgrade here my membership and now i am a special member in sapphirebux. Please admin check what actually happened. I don't think admin suspended me.I think it is a bug.
