about referral and registration

hi admin i am facing some problem please help me
1) I already have 18 referral .....what is the limit of direct referral????
2) i am standard member....so whats time have i need to cashout?????
3)I am registration for this forum two time. first i registration two days ago but u dont send me verification mail....so today i again make registration....is it make probem???
